Manage 4 things as an entrepreneur:
Own the Knowledge (The Library)
Design the System (Document and put online)
Find the people to Implement
Have your time back for whatever you want

Keeping the Owner’s Box View:
Supply the Vision
Coach the system
Players give the output

Write down 1 year from now what would you like in these areas:
family
income
time freedom
friends
self
vol/service

then do the exercise again for 5 years from now.

Written things guide your day!

Notes:
Most have gaps b/c don't have systems
Make systems to diff your business form others
What makes you extraordinary?
What can you say that others don’t that make you different better
This is how you want to be presented

Why we fail:
Think it’s all about you….you do everything…. Is the model for failure!
